Mr. Soe Win (Marine & Offshore Engineer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic – Singapore) joined the Board on 30th Oct 2015 and was appointed Engineering Director on 30th Oct 2015. He is presently serving as Managing Director from 1st Nov 2016. More than 15 years of experience in Singapore and Myanmar as Senior Fabrication Technician & QC Inspector in marine industry field and fabrication of oilfield division for Ship building, FPSO top site Module, piping, structure/skit blowout preventer (BOP) repair, fabrication of pressure vessel. He joined to Tellus Marine Engineering Pte. Ltd in 2001 to 2007 as a fabrication technician & QC Assistant, MTQ Engineering Pte. Ltd in 2001 to 2007 and Hup Seng Offshore Engineering Pte. Ltd in 2012 to 2013. I was responsible for QA/ QC Engineer of AusGroup Singapore Pte. Ltd. from 27th Nov 2013 to 30th Feb 2016.
